Florence Pisa Taxi is a licensed NCC private chauffeur service operating throughout Tuscany. NCC stands for Noleggio Con Conducente — a professional category of private transport that is fundamentally different from a metered taxi or a ride-hailing app.
When you book with us, you receive a fixed price confirmed in writing before you travel. Your driver, your vehicle and your pickup time are all confirmed in advance. There is no meter running. There are no surcharges. The price does not change.

Yes — completely fixed. When you receive your quote, that is the price you pay. It does not change due to traffic, time of day, number of bags or any other factor. No supplements, no hidden fees, no negotiation at the end of the journey.
Your price is confirmed in writing — by email or WhatsApp — before you travel. That confirmation is your contract.
We pick up and drop off at any address — hotels, private villas, B&Bs, agriturismi, airports, train stations and private residences throughout Tuscany and beyond. There are no fixed zones or restricted areas. If it has an address, we go there.
Our main operating area covers Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Montecatini, Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Cortona and the surrounding countryside.
We operate an exclusively Mercedes fleet — the E-Class for up to 3 passengers with luggage, and the Vito / V-Class for up to 7 passengers. Both vehicles are maintained to the highest standard, air-conditioned and equipped with complimentary water. The Vito / V-Class also includes Wi-Fi.

We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver automatically adjusts their arrival time — you do not need to call or send a message. Your driver will be there when you land.
Yes — extra stops can be added to any transfer. Popular stops include outlet shopping, wineries, medieval towns and scenic viewpoints. Extra stops are charged at €80 per hour of waiting time, regardless of location. All confirmed in advance — no surprises.
If you have a specific stop in mind that is not on our suggested list, just tell us when you book — if it is along the route, we stop there.
Payment options are confirmed at booking. We accept cash, bank transfer and major credit cards. A full fiscal receipt is always provided — compliant with Italian tax regulations and valid for business expense claims.
Our cancellation policy is confirmed at booking and depends on the type of service. For standard transfers, free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For special events, tours and long-distance journeys, different terms may apply — all clearly communicated when you book.
